1. Eligibility and Account Registration

To register and maintain an account with 38JL, you must meet all of the following requirements:

• You are at least 21 years of age.
• You are physically located in the Philippines at the time of registration and during each session of play.
• You are registering as an individual, not on behalf of any business or organisation.
• You have not previously had an account closed or suspended by 38JL for violating these terms.
• You are not listed on any self-exclusion register applicable to Philippine online gaming.

During registration, you must provide accurate and complete personal information including your full legal name, date of birth, Philippine mobile number, and a valid email address. Providing false information to bypass eligibility requirements is a serious breach of these terms and will result in account closure.

38JL reserves the right to request proof of identity, age, and address at any point during the registration process or thereafter. Until verification is complete, withdrawal functionality may be restricted.

2. Account Responsibilities

Your 38JL account is personal to you. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Specifically:

• Do not share your username, password, or OTP codes with anyone — including family members or friends.
• Do not allow any other person to access or use your account, even temporarily.
• Log out of your account when using a shared or public device.
• Notify 38JL support immediately if you believe your account has been accessed by an unauthorised person.

Each person may hold only one active account. If you discover you have inadvertently created more than one account, you must contact support immediately to have the duplicate closed. Any bonuses or winnings associated with a duplicate account may be voided.

You are responsible for ensuring your registered details remain current. If your mobile number, email address, or banking details change, update your account information promptly. 38JL is not liable for failed OTP delivery, missed account notifications, or delayed withdrawals resulting from outdated contact details.

3. Deposits and Payments

All deposits into your 38JL account are processed in Philippine Peso (PHP). Supported deposit methods include Philippine e-wallets (such as GCash and Maya) and online/mobile banking transfers from Philippine financial institutions. Deposits made via credit card or any form of cryptocurrency will not be accepted and will be returned, subject to applicable processing times.

• Deposit funds must originate from a payment account registered in your own name. Deposits from accounts belonging to third parties are not permitted.
• Minimum and maximum deposit amounts are displayed on the deposit screen within your account at the time of transaction.
• 38JL does not charge a fee for standard deposits, but your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges.
• Deposits are credited to your 38JL balance once the transaction has been confirmed by the payment provider. Processing times vary depending on the channel used.

If a deposit does not appear in your balance within the expected timeframe, contact 38JL support with your transaction reference number. Do not attempt a second deposit before the first is resolved, as duplicate transactions may complicate the resolution process.

4. Withdrawals and Verification

Withdrawals from your 38JL account are available to verified account holders. To complete identity verification, you will need to submit a clear photograph or scan of a valid Philippine government-issued ID (such as a PhilSys card, driver's licence, passport, or SSS/UMID card) along with a selfie for comparison. Verification is a one-time process per account.

• Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment channel used for your most recent deposit, where technically supported.
• Withdrawals are denominated in PHP and sent to a Philippine e-wallet or bank account registered in your name only.
• Processing times for withdrawal requests vary by channel. E-wallet transfers are generally faster than bank transfers.

9. Account Suspension and Closure

38JL reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any account at its discretion if:

• False or misleading information was provided during registration or verification.
• The account is being used in violation of any of these Terms and Conditions.
• Suspicious activity, including potential fraud, money laundering, or abuse of promotions, is detected.
• A valid self-exclusion request has been received and confirmed.
• The account has been inactive for an extended period in accordance with 38JL's dormant account policy.

Where an account is closed due to a breach of these terms, any remaining balance may be withheld pending investigation. Balances associated with fraudulent activity or terms violations will not be refunded.

Players who wish to close their own account voluntarily may do so by contacting the 38JL support team. Any pending withdrawal requests at the time of voluntary closure will be processed in the normal course, subject to standard verification requirements.

10. Limitation of Liability
